Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital downloads, online courses, and educational materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.


This includes but is not limited to:

  • Digital guides
  • Online beauty courses
  • Downloadable resources
  • Business or mindset training materials

Once a file has been downloaded or course access has been granted, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will happily assist.



Physical Products (if applicable)

 

If you purchase a physical item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Personalised products are final (unless faulty where we will replace the product) it is the customers responsibility to check the accuracy of information provided.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
