Delivery Options

We currently ship within the UK via Royal Mail or another tracked courier service.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim for you to love your order from The House of Belli. However, please read our policy carefully as certain products are non-refundable under UK law.

1. Physical Products

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery via the contact form, with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please note:

• Returns must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked postal service for returns.
  

2. Personalised or Custom Products (e.g., custom press-on nails)

Due to the personalised nature of these items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please ensure you double-check all details, sizes, and custom requests before confirming your order.

3. Online Courses & Digital Products

All online and digital course sales are final.

Once purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Digital Content Exemption).

However, if you are unable to complete your course for any reason, the amount paid may be credited towards a Belli Gift Voucher, which can be used for other services or products on our website.

Access to courses begins immediately upon purchase; by proceeding with payment, you consent to waive your 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

They may, however, be used towards any eligible service, product, or course on our website.
